Hot This Week: October 8

The only new movie on this week's DVD list is at the very top; to no one's surprise, it's The Avengers. The CD chart, on the other hand, features five new titles, led by the latest from Mumford & Sons. J.K. Rowling's first novel aimed at adults has finally seen the light of day, and it jumps to the head of the fiction pack. Rock legend Neil Young's memoir leads a number of newcomers to the non-fiction chart, coming in at #2.
