Hot This Week: October 21

The new album from Miley Cyrus tops the chart on a week that sees six newcomers. Half of the fiction list is new, with the latest from John Sandford knocking Stephen King from the top spot. The two debut titles on the non-fiction list are both memoirs from young women who have undergone terrible ordeals.
